Rewind the View to ’92
As we continue to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Arkansas CAMA Technology, we are taking a look back at some of the interesting facts, events and trends of 1992. Here is another installment in our blog series.
- 1992 brought us the launch of Cartoon Network on cable TV.
- Do you remember Crystal Pepsi? It sure didn’t stick around.
- The Duke Blue Devils defeated the Michigan Wolverines to become champions of the NCAA basketball tournament. The 1992 team featured notable players Grant Hill, Christian Laettner and Bobby Hurley.
- Chances are, you walked around shouting, “You can’t handle the truth!” to your friends. This was a famous line from Jack Nicholson’s character in the 1992 movie A Few Good Men.
